- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Notices that do not substantially include these elements may not be acted on.
Counter-notice
If material you posted or provided was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent that includes (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal.

- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or that person's agent.
After receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complaining party. We will restore the material in not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receipt, unless our designated agent first receives notice that the complaining party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the activity.
Forwarding of notices
We may forward a takedown notice or counter-notice, including the sender's contact information, to the affected party.
Repeat infringers
Where appropriate, we will terminate or remove contributions, access or content of users or sources who are repeat infringers.
Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
